I can't access...

So you are having trouble logging in and accessing your Madly Learning resources.

  1. Madly Learning Store: If you purchased in Canadian dollars, you purchased in our Madly Learning Store or directly in our Program Library (if you purchased during a webinar)
    1. go to www.madlylearning.com/myaccount
    2. select downloads
    3. find your file name
    4. Download the file. Ensure you have a PDF tool to view the resource you purchased. 
  2. Teachers Pay Teachers
    1. we are not given access to help customers with their purchase information.  This must be done directly through TPT.  Please reach out to their technical support team. 
  3. Access Your Program Library
    1. go to library.ignitedteaching.com
    2. enter your email and password
    3. If you have forgotten your password, you can follow the prompts to reset it. These emails come immediately from accounts@thrivecart.net. If you do not receive them, check your junk, spam, and promotions tab. Alternatively, consider changing a school board email if you use it, as these emails often block our account reset emails. 
    4. Once logged in, click on the product tiles corresponding to what you purchased or assigned.

  4. My Grade Assignment Request has not been processed
    1. This process takes 24-48 hours at most to complete 
      • If you have waited longer than this, please let us know.  There was either a problem with our automation that added your request to the program library, or we missed your request.  
      • If you are missing information in the form you filled out, we cannot approve this; please re-submit your request
      • I cannot see my purchases in your program library

      • Madly Learning Store - Single products like science and social studies units or bundles
      • Program Library - Ignited Math, Ignited Literacy, Ignited Spelling or Ignited Lessons club (if it doesn't have 'Ignited' in the title, it isn't in our program library. 
      • TPT - only TPT purchases can be found here.  We do not have access to your purchase history or purchase details here. Please contact TPT technical support.
