Refund Policy

Our refund policy is standard and mimics that of TPT and other digital marketplaces. For digital products, once access has been granted, the product is yours. Unlike a book at Indigo, there is no realistic way to return a digital product once access has been granted (regardless of download status). 

You are eligible for a refund if your request is made for the following reasons within 30 Days of purchase. 

  1. You have made a Duplicate Purchase
  2. You have not logged into the program library (www.ignitedteaching.ca) or downloaded the file (www.madlylearning.com) 

Unless your request falls into one of these circumstances,   we will not provide a refund. 

ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO AN ADMINISTRATION FEE OF 10% THAT COVERS UNREFUNDABLE PROCESSING FEES

For those who are unsure if they will be able to use the program or are anticipating a change in teaching assignments, we encourage you not to purchase the resource until you are sure your assignment is permanent.  

For this reason, refunds will NOT be granted due to personal teaching circumstances. 

  • a change of assignment.
  • a leave of absence that requires you to be off from teaching for a period of time. 
  • If you purchased the wrong grade level or the demographics of your class, fall outside the range indicated for your purchased package.  
  • Your administration, districts, or provincial directives change, and you are no longer able to use the program (mandated curriculum, standards change) 
  • Any and all other personal teaching circumstances

Payment Plans

a) Ignited Math or Ignited Literacy - 6 Pay Option:  This payment plan can not be cancelled.  Once your access to the program library has been granted and your grade assigned, you now own the product and are subject to fulfilling your agreed-upon payments.  Those members who default on their payments will lose access to the program library immediately until their payment has been processed.  Two failed payments will result in losing access to the program until the full payment has been received.  Non-payment of fees will result in your account being sent to collections. 

b) Paybright: All payments made with Paybright are subject to the terms and conditions managed by Paybright.  

c) Fraudulent Payments or Claims: Any claims of fraudulent payments made to any payment processor for any reason will result in your Madly Learning and Ignited Teaching account being permanently suspended, and you will lose access to any and all content contained within.
