I need to assign my Ignited License to a Grade Level Content
If you have purchased Ignited Math or Ignited Literacy you have purchased a license that grants you access to one single grade level package. However, because we know that teachers often have their grades switched or do not have their teaching assignments confirmed we created a process that allows you to get your license and our getting started materials and delay assigning your grade until you are ready.
This process of assigning your grade is simple. If you have purchased Ignited Math or Ignited Literacy and need to assign your grade to your license.
Things you need before you proceed.
- Where did you purchase (TPT, Madly Learning Store, During our Webinar)
- What date did you purchase
- What is your order number
Finding Your Order Number
When you bought it, you were emailed a receipt immediately.
- Madly Learning Store - You purchased in our store at www.madlylearning.com/store. To do this, log into your store account at www.madlylearning.com/my-account. There, look for your purchase. Your invoice number will be a 5-digit number.
- Direct Library Purchase - If you purchased in July or August during our webinar (not during a TPT sale) you most likely purchased directly within our library. Your purchase information can be found here https://library.ignitedteaching.com/updateinfo/
- Teachers Pay Teachers—If you purchased this on Teachers Pay Teachers, you must go to our purchase history on this site and look for your purchase. Please look for your purchase ID, which is a nine-digit number. We are unable to look up your purchase information without this number.

- Fill out this form and ensure you use the email you used when purchasing. Using a school board email might lead to our emails being blocked. - Wait for approval; this usually takes 24-48 hours, depending on our customer service volume
- Log into your program library at library.ignitedteaching.com
Troubleshooting Issues
- I've Filled out the form but don't see my grade level inside my Ignited program library. The process to assign your grade is built using automation, and sometimes technology doesn't work. When this happens, your best course of action is to wait 48 hours to see if we can correct this. If, after this time, you still do not have access to your grade-level content, please send us an email at info@madlylearning.com. To ensure a quick response, please include all of the information above, including your location of purchase, your date of purchase, and order number.
- I would like to purchase a second-grade level. In the Getting Started section in your program library, there is an area to request your second-grade level. Please complete this request here
